This past year, we partnered with HHS to iteratively modernize Grants.gov, we began to define PFML implementation in the U.S., we drove advancements in using AI to assist benefit caseworkers, and much more. Throughout all of the work outlined in this report, we delivered on one mission: making government services simple and effective.

The successes and milestones we celebrated this year are possible because we understand that effective government services aren't something we can build overnight or by ourselves. Each part of the community has a role to play and expertise to bring to the table.
