Each year Nava publishes a Public Benefit Report to highlight some of the critical work we accomplished with our government partners in order to catalyze human-centered change.

During this virtual event, we’ll reflect on the importance of pursuing long-term outcomes for successful government services. This means working backwards from outcomes we want to achieve and tuning our approach to meet any situation.

The event will feature a short presentation showcasing our 2025 Public Benefit Report: Building long-term momentum for effective government services, followed by a panel featuring our distinguished guest speakers. The panel discussion will cover how human-centered methodologies can lead to durable outcomes as agencies start to use artificial intelligence to improve public benefit systems. There will be time for Q&A afterwards.

2:10 - 2:30 p.m. - Public Benefit Report presentation
