Every year Nava publishes our Public Benefit Report (PBR), highlighting some of the critical work we’ve accomplished with our civic tech partners in order to catalyze human-centered change.

During this virtual event we’ll reflect on the importance of pursuing long-term outcomes for government services. This means working backwards from outcomes we want to achieve and tuning our approach to meet any situation.

The event will feature a short presentation highlighting our 2025 PBR, Building long-term momentum for effective government services, followed by a panel featuring our distinguished guest speakers. The panel discussion will cover how human-centered methodologies can lead to durable outcomes as agencies start to implement AI. There will be time for Q&A afterwards.

Agenda (all times EST):

2:00-2:10 PM - Opening Remarks

2:10-2:30 PM - Public Benefit Report Presentation

2:30-3:00 PM - Panel Discussion
