Through NASPO, we will rapidly deliver top-tier, audit-defensible cloud and software solutions without lock-in.

Contract period: September 2026 - September 2036

Outcomes we’ve delivered:

• 13 months to help the Commonwealth of Massachusetts build their paid family and medical leave (PFML) program from the ground up.

• 65% reduction in call center volume for intermittent paid leave reporting in Massachusetts since March 2024, saving 763 hours per month for state agency staff.

• Six weeks to launch an unemployment insurance certification tool in California. 93% of people who logged in were able to complete certification.

• Over 90% of unemployment insurance claimants in New Jersey submit their application the same day they start it.

Outcomes we've delivered:

• Helped the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) build CMS Cloud, a service that supports four times the number of applications as legacy systems without increasing costs.  

• Helped the State of New Jersey deliver a human-centered unemployment insurance portal, enabling 90% of claimants to submit their application the same day they start it. 

• Worked with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to build their paid family and medical leave program from the ground up. As of March 2025, the program has paid out more than $3 billion in benefits and supported nearly 500,000 unique applicants and their families.
