Nava to support OPM modernize human services for federal employees

Nava will work with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to modernize IT products, helping to provide the federal workforce with vital human services such as healthcare, retirement benefits, and more.

Nava is excited to announce we’ve been named to the OPM Digital Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), where our work will help modernize OPM IT products and update OPM.gov for the federal workforce. 

We’ll use our human-centered approach to support OPM as they strategically determine which products to modernize, migrate to the cloud, or decommission. This BPA is part of the Office of the Chief Information Officer’s (OCIO) five-year plan to modernize OPM IT products for internal and external customers.

Helping make government services simple, effective, and accessible is central to Nava’s mission. Most recently, we partnered with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to re-imagine VA.gov, the first cabinet-level agency website to put public-facing benefits and services on the home page. We’re thrilled to draw upon this experience and others to contribute to OPM’s mission as a champion of talent for the federal government.
