Nava's Delivery Organization appraised at CMMI maturity level 3

Our Delivery Organization's work and processes have received the highest form of third-party validation.

We’re excited to announce that Nava’s Delivery Organization has been appraised at level 3 of ISACA’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for both CMMI-Development and CMMI-Services.

CMMI is a global, proven set of best practices that helps organizations improve performance through building and measuring key capabilities. We were appraised at a level 3 because our processes are well-characterized, well-documented, and understood by staff. This accolade demonstrates that we are dedicated to continuous improvement and producing the best quality products and services. 

“We’re honored to have been appraised at CMMI level 3, indicating that we’re delivering on our mission of building government services that are simple, effective, and accessible to all,” said Nava’s Chief Delivery Officer, Jodi Leo. “This appraisal will enable us to work toward new performance goals while continuing to maximize delivery value and trust.”
