Nava is thrilled to announce Kelly Feeney has joined our leadership team as the Vice President of Operations & Automation. In this new executive role, Feeney will oversee core operations teams and drive efficient, scalable practices that support our long-term delivery success.

Feeney brings a depth of experience from organizations that have grown quickly, working with business leaders to scale operations and support teams in digital transformations and legacy modernizations. Feeney was part of the early years of Airbnb, Uber, and Coinbase, helping grow the organizations’ operations and logistics from startups to large-scale companies. She then spent five years leading her own operations consultancy, partnering with growing companies to build the team, process, and system foundations needed to scale. That experience led her to develop a proprietary framework to help company leaders bridge the gap between vision and execution. The framework incorporates AI and human-centered design to translate company strategy into focused work that drives positive results.
