Your future

We care about your future, so we give you a yearly budget to spend on professional development opportunities and will match your 401k at 4% of your salary.

Health

Your well being is important to us, so we cover 90% of your medical premiums, 100% premiums for vision and dental, and 50% premiums for dependents. We also provide life insurance and short & long term disability.

Time off

We offer more than 35 paid days off per year – 20 vacation days, a winter holiday break, the day after Thanksgiving, and 10 federal holidays. Sick time is unlimited.

Parental leave

All eligible new birth, adoption, or foster parents can take 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave. Weekly meal deliveries during leave are on us!
