Our Nava Labs team is developing and testing a Form-Filling Assistant: a generative AI-powered “agentic” tool that autonomously navigates multiple databases and benefit portals and then completes application forms. Caseworkers can then review the applications, fill in missing information, and submit — spending less time re-entering the same data over and over and more time interacting with clients.
Together with our partners at Amplifi (formerly Imagine LA) and the Riverside County Children & Families Commission, our shared goals are to significantly reduce administrative burden, free up caseworker time, and help more families receive the benefits they’re eligible for.
