Summarizes calls and outlines next steps

After speaking with an applicant on the phone, caseworkers must put together call notes and document follow-up steps. We’ve prototyped an AI-powered tool that summarizes calls between caseworkers and applicants and provides applicants with written next steps post-call. This has the potential to improve the experience of applying for benefits, free up time for caseworkers, and increase the accuracy of call records for future reference and quality assurance.
