Nava Labs partnered with Goodwills in Texas and Pennsylvania to pilot an AI-powered Referral Generator. This tool — which was integrated into existing case-management workflows — aims to make it easier for Goodwill staff to refer clients to a range of health and social services.
Caseworkers describe a client’s needs and the Referral Generator searches Goodwill’s internal programs, government resources, and community organizations to surface relevant resources. It then generates a personalized action plan for each referral, with step-by-step guidance the caseworker can print out or email to the client.
The pilot has wrapped up, and we’re excited to present our findings!
In this virtual demo day, we’ll share:
A live demo of the tool
Our evaluation methodology
Our findings on usage, administrative burden, trust, perception of AI, and more
