Our Nava Labs team is building open-source AI-powered tools to assist staff who help families access public benefits. One of these tools is an assistive chatbot that helps staff quickly look up answers to complex questions while serving clients in real time.
In past Demo Days, we presented our research, early experiments, and prototype. After over a year of work, we’re now excited to share results from our pilot in Los Angeles with Imagine LA’s Benefit Navigator.
