Nava is excited to share that we were selected for the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) ValuePoint’s nationwide Cloud and Software Solutions cooperative purchasing agreement, led by the State of Utah. This 10-year agreement enables state and local governments to engage directly with our cloud and software solutions, bypassing delays typically associated with traditional procurement cycles.
Nava is a public benefit corporation on a mission to make government services simple and effective. For over a decade, we’ve helped federal and state governments become more resilient and adaptable with best-in-class cloud solutions and software. We’ve worked with over a dozen state and local governments on integrated eligibility systems, unemployment insurance, permitting reform, and more. We’re also one of the premier paid family and medical leave (PFML) vendors in the U.S., working on three of the 14 state PFML implementations. More recently, Nava has led efforts to help state Medicaid and SNAP agencies implement H.R. 1 requirements.
NASPO is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing public procurement. NASPO ValuePoint is the nation’s leading public cooperative purchasing program, used by almost every state and many local governments. By aggregating demand, NASPO ensures agencies can quickly access top-tier technology partners and solutions. This enables states to acquire services without going through lengthy procurement processes, all while saving time, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance.
“Year-over-year, states manage capacity constraints while taking on increasingly complex and critical challenges. It can be difficult for states to access modern solutions as capabilities rapidly evolve, but NASPO has eased this burden,” said Sha Hwang, Nava’s Chief Operating Officer and co-founder. “We’re deeply excited to be awarded this agreement. The award underscores our commitment to tackling the hardest modernization challenges and supporting more resilient and adaptable agency operations.”
Nava was approved under four NASPO categories:
Software as a Service (SaaS) – Secure cloud applications for automation and interoperability
Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) – Cloud infrastructure for hosting, processing, and storage
Platform as a Service (PaaS) – The development and deployment of agency-created applications
Value Added Services – A variety of professional services including implementation, data migration, customization, configuration, and more
Public agencies interested in engaging with our services under the NASPO ValuePoint agreement can reach out to David Helene, Nava’s Director of State Solutions, at davidhelene@navapbc.com. The contract is available to all U.S. states, territories, local governments, and education institutions.
