Nava is excited to announce that we now support employees working from Connecticut, Delaware, and Utah in addition to the 30 states and districts we support working from. This strategic growth helps enhance how we source candidates, expand our applicant pool, and support our growing talent requirements.
“There are urgent challenges for federal and state government. As Nava grows and takes on more mission-aligned work, it’s important that we’re tapping into amazing talent from across the country,” said Sha Hwang, Nava’s Chief Operating Officer and co-founder.
This follows Nava’s recent opening of a registered apprenticeship program with the State of Maryland’s Department of Labor. In addition to these new states, Nava currently supports remote work from Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, D.C., Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin. We have offices in New York City, Washington, D.C., and San Francisco.
