Nava is excited to announce that we now support employees working from Kentucky, in addition to the 33 other states and the District of Columbia. This growth helps enhance how we source candidates, expand our applicant pool, and support our growing talent requirements.
“Kentucky is an exciting talent market for Nava, especially with the technology and innovation activity happening in Louisville and across the state,” said Elle Moise, Nava’s Director of Talent Acquisition. “Expanding into this new state gives us access to a broader talent pool as we think about our hiring needs going into 2027.”
Earlier this year, Nava launched a registered apprenticeship program with the State of Maryland’s Department of Labor (read about our first cohort’s experiences here). In addition to Kentucky, Nava currently supports remote work from Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin.
