Nava selected for contract supporting Maryland digital services

Under the seven-year Agile Digital Experience Product Transformation (ADEPT) contract, we’ll help Maryland state agencies leverage agile practices to improve digital experiences for residents.

Nava is excited to announce that we’re one of eight vendors selected for Maryland’s Agile Digital Experience Product Transformation (ADEPT), an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle valued at $300 million. We won this contract with our Maryland-based subcontractors Global Alliant and ArcheSys. During this seven-year contract, we’ll receive work orders to provide web experience capabilities and support for the digital service needs of Maryland state agencies.

Nava is a public benefit corporation on a mission to make government services simple and effective. For over a decade, we’ve built expertise in agile development that we’ll share with Maryland’s agencies as they streamline digital experiences for the public.

“Modern digital experiences can make it easier for the people of Maryland to understand and access state benefits and resources,” said Joseph Aros Hunter, Program Director for Nava’s State Portfolio. “We’ll use our agile and human-centered approach to provide digital product experiences that are simple and effective.”

This marks Nava’s third contract with Maryland. Recently, we announced we won a place on a 10-year opportunity to help Maryland state agencies modernize. Agile development is central to our work on this contract, which focuses on modernization that best serves constituents and minimizes risk to the state. Last October, we shared that we won work to help build Maryland’s paid family and medical leave insurance program (FAMLI), which will launch in 2028.
